Kaysersberg is beautiful year-round. Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–October) offer pleasant weather and fewer crowds. In December, the Christmas markets are unmissable.
Kaysersberg is accessible by TGV from Paris (around 2h20), by car via the A35 motorway, or by regional train from Strasbourg or Colmar.
In Alsace, don't miss tarte flambée (flammekueche), choucroute garnie, baeckeoffe, kougelhopf, pretzels, and of course Alsatian white wines like Riesling.
