Best Alsace is a trilingual online directory (French, German, English) showcasing the best restaurants, accommodation, attractions and activities in Alsace, France. The Site provides information for guidance purposes, including descriptions, contact details, opening hours, ratings and review summaries aggregated from public sources such as Google.
3. Accuracy of Information
Best Alsace strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information published, including opening hours, prices, contact details and ratings. Ratings and review summaries are aggregated from public sources and may not reflect the current state of an establishment. We recommend verifying information directly with establishments before visiting.
4. Intellectual Property
The content of the Site, including text, design, source code, logos and layout, is the property of Best Alsace and is protected by copyright. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited in accordance with the requirements of their respective licences. Stock photographs from Canva Pro are used in accordance with the Canva Pro licence. Unauthorised reproduction of Site content is prohibited.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the official websites of listed establishments, Google Maps and social media. Best Alsace is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these third-party sites. Access to these sites is at your own risk.

Best Alsace reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
